A Good Read

My close friends know that I'm not really a Lorna Jane fan. I like the clothes, don't get me wrong, but can not justify spending that sort of money to crawl around in the mud & dirt at Bootcamp or to sweat a gallon on. I also find that very, very few of the tops are suitable for my rather large chest!

I do own a few pieces of the coveted brand, but these are delegated for the shops, brunch, school pick up. In fact I don't think any of it has ever seen a workout!

However, the other day while shopping with a dear friend, we popped into a Lorna Jane store for a little looks see. While in there I picked up Lorna's newest book “More of the Fit Woman's Secrets”.


Everyone knows I can't resist a good book, in particular a pretty one. This book, while super pretty, is also amazingly good.

  • The recipes seem achievable
  • The exercise programs are suitable for the beginner to advanced
  • It is full of simple, thought provoking inspiration
  • It doesn't just focus on food & exercise, but also on being a better person in society

I have been particularly drawn to & got a lot out of the section, 50 Ways to MNB. It has struck a real cord with me & has really prompted me to start analysing certain aspects of my life & my goals.

Do yourself a favour & grab a copy of the book, then sit back with a green tea & get ready to be motivated to live an active life.
